Weather - Pam

So we are all wondering if it will make it to us and if it will bring any problems.

The past warnings have been phizzers but I feel it's good to be prepared must be the girl guide in me.

So the shade sail is down. Chicken coops are strapped down. Will do a walk around this morning to see if anything can take off. Maybe we'll hammer in a few pegs.

Check the water tanks and the gutters.

Charge up the computers...and Dave's phone

Funny but I was looking over my old blog with a girlfriend (arg I can't find the link) but cyclone Luci was the same hype and nothing.

Nice day...bit hot but we made it.

Computer club ended up with a lot of soggy looking kids struggling to use their brains but they still loved it.

Minecraft has been having a bit of a hammering as the heat keeps them inside and away from the windows with as little movement as possible...but I'm starting to see they pinning look for outside.

The kids were fascinated with the cat this morning as he attempted to catch a black bird...everyone ended up laughing...bird and children but not the cat as the bird just kept on hopping.

Weather February 10

It's really odd for this time of year. We've had rain and wind and the temperature has dropped. 

I don't think it means the end of summer just it's different...we could still be in for a long dry March, April. But for now full water tanks which is a first ever and still green lawns here.

It's been warm to start off with with a sprinkle of rain as we came home from computer club at lunch time.

The wind has picked up and the temp inside is 23...nice
